I use it to hook up headphones to my computer. This is a simple stereo extension cable. So I have too hook directly into the back of the sound card, which is relatively far from my desk.It gets the job done. I need the extension because my speaker setup uses the SPDIF connector on my sound card and there is no headphone jack on the speaker controller. It works well. I have experienced no problems so far.
If this is being used in places with little interference it will be good. I bought this to extend my speaker line on my computer but there was a constant hiss from the speakers when I had the extension used. There was no hiss without the extension.
Does the job, good quality, will buy from this company again. Came to my office quick and it is as its described.
